Developing the perfect clinical manual is critical to every practice to assure staff compliance to establish practice guidelines. This manual will be given to all new employees upon hiring. Each team member will be responsible for reading and following the protocols and guidelines developed by the doctor and included in the manual. Consistent, clear guidelines, expectations, and procedures will ensure all clinicians are performing procedures to the desired level of the doctor. 

Andrea will assist you in building a personalized clinical manual including all procedures performed in the clinic with detailed descriptions that are easy to follow, adhesives used, verbal scripting, appliances, job descriptions, set ups, sterilization, and emergency treatments. Each team member should have his or her individual copy of the manual for easy reference and for notes. Updates should be added as procedures, adhesives, etc. change.
